On View
Not on viewHenry Moore improvised with pencil and paper in order to generate ideas for his sculptural work. But how can two-dimensions inspire extension into the third? Moore insisted that "any wash, smudge, shading, anything breaking the tyranny of the flat plane of the paper, opens up a suggestion, a possibility of space."
