Not on viewAn oil container, this restored lekythos incorporates the handle and neck of a different, smaller piece. The vessel is similar to two others in European museum collections, both of which still have their original mouths, described as "chimney mouths." It therefore seems quite likely that this lekythos originally had such a chimney mouth.
