Laotian Regulars Move Up: Royal Laotian army troops, known as top fighting men of the country, march toward the front as reinforcements late last week. These men and others like them were bolstering the lines at Nong Khang, near Sam Neua in northern Laos. Reports from the Laotian capital of Vientiane this week said that Communist-led rebels are passing around Sam Neua in what could be a staging operation for a three-pronged attack on the mountain-ringed stronghold, September 9, 1959
