Arrested by Secret Service: David Hilliard, Black Panther leader, was arrested by the Secret Service Wednesday on a charge he threatened President Nixon's life in an anti-war rally in Golden Gate Park on November 15th. Hilliard was indicted by a federal grand jury and is being held in jail in lieu of $30,000 bail. This picture was made at a Black Panther rally in San Francisco last October, December 7, 1969
